一、專利慣用的詞組

1.Reference is made to our copending application No.25838/78 filed 31 st May 1978.請(qǐng)參閱我們?cè)?978年5月31日登記的與此有關(guān)的申請(qǐng)書，其申請(qǐng)?zhí)枮?5838/78。 說(shuō)明：make reference to:參考，提及。Copending:與此有關(guān)的，尚待批準(zhǔn)的。

continuation-in-part:指的是接續(xù)專利。Ser.No.:流水號(hào)，檔案號(hào)，申請(qǐng)?zhí)?，登記?hào)。申請(qǐng)專利時(shí)，專利局進(jìn)行登記，編一個(gè)流水號(hào)，習(xí)慣稱為申請(qǐng)?zhí)枴＝?jīng)審查批準(zhǔn)后，再編一個(gè)專利號(hào)。
